Come and learn one or more of the above with Dr David Wright, a London-trained classicist and palaeographer.
To be held at the Canterbury Cathedral Archives.
Day-time courses will comprise six sessions, each of two hours:

Course fees for each subject: £95
Please register with the tutor at the earliest opportunity, enclosing a deposit of £20 (refundable only if the course does not take place), and indicating which class(es) you are interested in and your present level(s) of experience.
The Latin palaeography classes will assume at least some acquaintanceship with the language and basic case-endings.
The sessions will be friendly workshops based on much practical work, during which it may also be possible to touch briefly on the rich and fascinating worlds of illuminated manuscripts and the survival and corruption of ancient (and modern) texts.
